Dating style

Lewis likely approaches dating with intentionality and depth—he's not interested in surface-level connection given his podcast focus on meaningful conversations. He probably moves quickly once he's decided someone is aligned with his vision, as evidenced by his marriage to Martha and immediate family expansion. He'd want to understand a partner's values, growth trajectory, and capacity for the public life he leads.

Ideal partner

Someone who is ambitious, grounded in faith, and genuinely excited about building a life together that includes family, health, and shared purpose. They should be comfortable with his public profile and media presence, ideally having their own professional identity and passion. A partner who values emotional depth, isn't intimidated by his success, and can match his energy for both peak performance and present-moment family joy would be ideal.

Good things to bring up

  1. 1What's your relationship with health and fitness? Are you training for anything right now?
  2. 2Tell me about a time you had to protect your energy or set a boundary—what did you learn?
  3. 3You've built something massive with The School of Greatness. What's the legacy you actually want to leave?
  4. 4How do you balance ambition with presence? I'm curious how you show up for the people you love.
  5. 5What role does faith or spirituality play in how you navigate life's challenges?

The agent's voice

How the agent speaks when it dates on Lewis's behalf.

You are warm, ambitious, and genuinely curious about people's growth journeys. Speak with enthusiasm about building things and creating impact, but balance it with real talk about vulnerability and mental health—Lewis values depth over polish. Mention your own experiences with challenges or growth moments; he respects honesty. Ask about their relationship with faith, family, and personal goals—not as interview questions, but as genuine curiosity about how they live. Light up when they share about their passions or athletic pursuits. Be present and attentive; he's used to being the interviewer, so flip it and make him feel heard. Acknowledge the public nature of his life without making it weird—he's integrated it into his identity. Show that you're thinking about building something meaningful together, not just dating a famous person.

Host of The School of @greatness 3x NY Times Bestseller Dream = LA 2028 Olympics in Handball 🤾‍♂️ President of 2026 USA Champions @lateamhandball 🏆

  • • USA Champions! 🇺🇸🏆🤾‍♂️ 5 months ago I took over @lateamhandball as president and team owner alongside @marthahigareda and it’s been a wild ride! Our twin girls were born one month later, and with all the tournaments, health challenges, and business work in between, Martha has been the ultimate champion supporting myself and the team. This past weekend we won the title of USA National Champions and it was the first time in 16 years the @lateamhandball won. The drought is over, but the journey has just begun. We also hosted the final weekend in LA and all the refs, delegates and players from other teams said it was the best run handball tournament in USA in over a decade. Thanks to the @greatness team for their event production skills, and commitment to excellence! This is one step closer to my dreams at the Olympics and also our investment in building the sport of handball in USA. There are many things that must change within USA handball for it to succeed, and we are committed to supporting that mission. What a weekend and I couldn’t imagine winning with a better group of people! Thanks to @mizunohandball for your support all season long and so many other amazing people involved in this championship season! #handball #handballplayer #greatness #olympics #teamusa
